Well needless to say between these 5lbs Ive been yo-yoing I cant seem to get this whole loss thing on the weight loss journey. I know my workout is on point but my eating is the reason why. I cant seem to eat good and the thought of healthy eating just makes me want a girls scout cookie.
Now that I have that figured out Im going to try to not deprive myself and then over eat Im going to try eatng what I want staying within my calorie goal but portion control so Im not starving myself or making me miserable. We shall see how this works but Im not starting until Tuesday because we are going out of town for my Mother in Laws 50th birthday and we all know you cant diet on a girls trip.
Yes I so killed it Monday but I paid for it the whole 2 days afterwards. So if I can get my eat under control I think I will have the results I want.
I have a problem with over eating too, I just LOVE food. Portion control is key, too bad I cannot carry a little weigher with me, lol. You can do it, just stay on your path and keep up the positive attitude!! Have fun this weekend!!
ReplyDeleteFood is my BEST FRIEND!! I feel ya! I don't really mind the workouts, but only eating tiny, healthy portions? Nah, can't do it. I try my best and workout and hope for the best. And 900+ calories in one workout? Bam!
ReplyDeleteDon't be so focused on the scale, as hard as it is! WIth all this working out, you probably have gained some muscle, which weighs more than fat. Do your clothes fit any better? That is a good result to measure by too :)
ReplyDeleteI love food and it's hard to lose weight and eat all the good stuff! I've been trying to keep up with my portion control. Try eating less at each meal but maybe add a snack in between? That's what I do. I also try to drink a large glass of water before I eat to full my stomach so it keeps me from indulging so much. Keep up the great work, it will be worth it.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Nicole. You are killing it in the gym & you very well could be gaining muscle. Don't get down on yourself, you're doing great with your workouts! I know making the healthy & smart choices aren't easy but, you can do it! Stay positive & have fun this weekend!!!
