This weeks Goals:
1. Work out 5 days M-F

2. Burn over 500 calories each workout

3. Loose at least 1 pound hopeful 2 or more
4. Drink nothing but water and cut out my 1 diet Dr Pepper

5. Stick to my cleaning schedule
6. Pick out a paint color and curtains for my kitchen

7. Get a Home Tour Post together
So there you have it these are my weekly goals I will be back next Monday to see what all goals I accomplished and my new weekly goals.

ReplyDeleteI hope you hit your weekly goals. I didn't hit a single thing last week. I was terrible and will have to work hard to keep up. But I already lost my treat for the month. Though my new Macbook should be enough of one.
