Health & Fitness Friday
I'm so excited Ive got my workout partner back we would go together for a while but here lately she has had so much stuff with her Dad and her nieces wedding that she couldn't make it and it was kind of a dull and boring time but now that she is back I have been loving it. I don't know what it is but a workout buddy makes it so much more fun and it goes by quicker. I have bumped up my Cardio and even got my running up to 2 minutes before I have to go back to a walk. I'm walking 5 minutes warm up then I run 2 minutes walk 1 minute and then repeat until my mile is up. BoooYa Bishes! I'm actually liking this running thing. I think I might finally get it. Yes I know I'm only a 2 minute runner but it feels great so I guess for right now I'm really not a runner I'm more like a Sprinter. Bahaha Now that it is the end of the week my legs and feet feel awful I can tell these suckers haven't this much play since....Never! I got the biggest compliment Wednesday night the Farmer and I were welll... skip all that part but he said I have noticed that your calves are tone. Say what??? SO that was huge but when I stepped on the scale to weigh for this week I have gained 2.6 pounds I am pissed I have been running and also I have came in under my calories every single day so how in the hell do I gain 2.6 pounds? wtf? So I not a happy camper and this week is a High because of my running but a Low because of my weight gain. As bad as I want to say F-shiz and call my surgeon I'm sticking with it and not letting this over take my mind...well I'm going to try but I'm still fired up.
My hips are huge I always had big hips so after 3 kids the only got bigger. I'm in need of major shrinkage of the hips while the Farmer loves some curves..ugh not me I like more of a pencil figure with some JWoWWs. I didn't really know what moves or workouts to do. I'm a huge Mama Laughlin blog stalker and Ive gotten some really good advice so while I was doing my day to day stalk of her blog I found a few great moves she posted on hips so I have been trying those out this week.
As far as eating I haven't been eating as clean as I need to but I have been doing really well on portion control if that counts for anything. But....I have remained under my calorie count every single day so that the main thing right?
Please give me some tips Im stuck.
